You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate, complete and current . Keep your account credentials confidential and notify Lzproxy promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each account is intended for one legal customer unless Lzproxy has approved a different arrangement. You may not transfer, resell or misuse an account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malware distribution, infringement, harassment, harmful traffic or any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
You must not disrupt the Lzproxy platform, probe systems without authorization, or attempt to bypass service limits or security controls.
4. Products, payment and replacement
Prices, traffic limits, validity periods and product rules are shown on the relevant product page. Digital proxy resources are activated after purchase and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly approved by support.
If a purchased resource has a technical issue, contact support for troubleshooting or an eligible replacement.
5. Privacy and intellectual property
Lzproxy uses reasonable security measures to protect account and service . Product names, software, documentation, designs and related intellectual property belong to Lzproxy or its licensors.
6. Suspension and termination
Lzproxy may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, comply with law or address unpaid charges. You may stop using the service at any time.
7. Service availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network failures, force majeure or third-party services.
To the extent permitted by law, Lzproxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
